Welcome to Residencia La Ciutat, located in the neighbourhood of Gracia, surrounded by young people like you, who wish to explore the world and only 10 minutes from public transport, making this an ideal place to visit the beautiful city of Barcelona. All rooms have an interior wash basin and toilet, with the shared showers being located on each floor. Each floor also has a communal kitchen, common rooms with TV, vending machines (coffee, drinks, snacks) and free Internet connection for the guests.
All rooms are have plenty of natural light. Some face the street and others overlook the large terrace and courtyard. The single and double / twin rooms each have TV, phone, air-conditioning and central heating, desk, wardrobe and washbasin. The kitchens on each floor are equipped with a fridge and microwave oven, available to all guests.
La Ciutat offers a space of 2,200 m² designed to provide a warm welcome in Barcelona, especially to students and young people. We provide all the necessary elements to ensure that you have the best possible stay.
Two floors of the buildings are used as a student residence. Students also enjoy the use of a dining room, study room and other shared rooms, with computers and Internet access. La Ciutat offers free Wi-Fi to all residents. Weekly room cleaning service is included in the prices.
Furthermore, the residence is located near the Biblioteca Municipal, as well as a large gym and Europa sports centre, which are open to the public.
