This Sidings creates a convenient and very affordable way to stay in Cornwall during the summer. Developed for student use only three years prior and occupied fully during term times, this fantastic student accommodation is only available to the general public during specific dates in the summer.
Offering great value for money and providing an excellent place for any undergraduate, postgraduate or International student to live or use as a base for their summer holidays or for large groups on a visit to Falmouth, The Sidings staff are able to provide dressed or undressed rooms and catering on request (subject to an additional charge.)
The majority of accommodation is within shared flats with four, five, six or seven ensuites sharing a communal kitchen area also fitted with sofas and a TV; the perfect place for students to relax and socialise whilst cooking. There a few indpendent studios available (please ask for more information).
Single or double rooms are available and may be booked to secure private use of the common rooms thereby excluding other guests not in your party staying in rooms in the same flat. Alternatively, it can be fun to share as students do!
Fully dressed rooms with linen and kitchen equipment can be provided at an additional £25 cleaning fee per person.
A security deposit is requested depending on the size of the group booking and will start at £100. This is returnable within 10 days of departure less any cleaning fee.
As this is student only accommodation you will need to show that you are either a student or are undertaking corporate training or are prepared to undertake a short course in the Cornwall area during your stay - without this identification you may be turned away, but staff will help you to find a solution with a budget as little as £25 to satisfy this booking condition if you are not already a student of some type.
