"A great experience. All the staff were very nice and helpful, and did their jobs efficiency. The room was clean, and it was very convenient to be based on campus. The price was great. The breakfast was excellent and filling; plenty to keep us going for the day. I would recommend this without hesitation." Mr Thomas H

"I was so impressed with everything, I've been recommending your B&B facility to everyone! Here's what was brilliant: Clipper organic/Fairtrade teas - including green tea!- in the rooms. The presentation and choice of breakfast, again, especially appreciated the Clipper teas, organic yoghurt and the fact you provide soya milk, thank you! The staff I encountered were all incredibly helpful and friendly and I'm especially grateful to the reception staff who let me leave my heavy rucksack for the day when I checked out as I wasn't leaving Exeter until the afternoon and didn;t want to be carrying it around with me all day. The grounds were an added bonus, what a stunning campus and the clear commitment to nature and environmental thinking was impressive. The only thing that wasn't brilliant (but was fine nonetheless) was the shower facilities, not good water pressure and nowhere to put clothes. Thank you for a great stay! " Miss Rosemary L
