Mr James B (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, July 2017): Helpful staff. Efficient check in. Good wifi, clean room, good kitchen. Easy travel to Harrow and central london. Very good value for money.

Mr Edward L (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, June 2017): A great alternative to using a hotel. The rooms won't be the Ritz of course, but they are far better than many hotels I have stayed in. The rate is good too and if you book seven nights, you receive a night for no cost. I also need to mention the quite excellent kitchen facilities available.

Mr Michael W (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, September 2016): No frills, no thrills just good clean modern student accommodation with en-suite providing a value place to stay and self cater using the kitchen, crockery and cutlery provided. Tube station just 1 minute away but a bit of a trek to obtain supplies, although a 10 minute walk brings one to a Sainsburys and a number of small shops and places to eat.

Mr Bulat K (Walkden Hall, Kingston, London, September 2016): Clean and cosy. Calm and very nice

Mr Pavel T (Walkden Hall, Kingston, London, September 2016): Depends on what you're up to. If you want to drop your bags somewhere and go discovering night London - you couldn'task for better.

Prof sonia B (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, September 2016): A university residence is always excellent value for money and this was the best such room I've stayed in, everything was great. I chose this because it had own bathroom and was so close to the tube station one could actually hop there! What a pleasure with a heavy suitcase. I didn't ask for an extra pillow which was probably my fault, as I am used to having something less flat at home, I assume they could have arranged this if I'd asked.

Mr john B (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, September 2015): For £36 was basic en suite, but in my opinion value for what i needed. Room was clean an bed comfy an a stones throw from tube station for my visit to Wembley stadium that night. An the lady on reception was very friendly an welcoming when booking in an on leaving.

Miss Mahalia C (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, September 2015): Excellent stay. Staff very helpful and polite and assist with anything. An even better experience. Thank you.

Mr Peter W (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, August 2015): Clean & Tidy room. Bed could have been comfier. Lack of left luggage was an issue as I had to carry my bag round all day. Overall though was excellent value for money very tidy room in new block.

Mrs Ikwo N (Middle Mill Hall, Kingston, London, July 2015): Very warm reception. I arrived from abroad, earlier than check in time but they easily accommodated me. They need to work on WiFi though.....it doesn't work once you get in the apartment / room area. Outside the Middle Mill building is fine but once inside, no WiFi. Great place to stay otherwise. I'll use them again.

Dr Vitally C (Walkden Hall, Kingston, London, July 2015): very good location high level of safety franky personal sophisticated entering wi-fi THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Mr Stephane H (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, June 2015): Room was not cleaned during the day. Very noisy hallway with people slamming doors up until 01:00 am. Shower drain blocked, could not use shower. Staff very friendly and otherwise well located in a pleasant environment. Still great value for money.

Mr Alan B (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, June 2015): University failed to respond to a question I raised, despite my calling and being told I would receive a call back same day. Also, I was told parking was available, but was not told it was pay-and-display, which was extremely awkward as payment had to be made with £5.50 worth of coins each day. To be honest, these might have been start-of-season teething problems, so I'm still happy overall with the stay.

Mr Alfonso M (Seething Wells Hall, Kingston, London, September 2014): A great experience and a great lodging. Thank you very much!.

Mr yi J (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, September 2014): The room I have booked is clearing and in nice condition and I appreciate it.

Mr paul R (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, August 2014): An excellent service, from the booking of the room,to the arrival at the reception and to the leaving time.

Dr Jonathan D (Seething Wells Hall, Kingston, London, July 2014): The porters were extremely friendly and helpful. The shower was cold my first day, and the pillow and comforter were not very comfortable, but otherwise, I was satisfied with the room.

Ms Emily T (Seething Wells Hall, Kingston, London, July 2014): Overall, I had a fine experience staying at Seething Wells. The check-in and check-out procedure was very convenient and easy, and the dorm provided quite good value for the cost.

Mr Valerie W (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, June 2013): clean room. very functional. would have been nice to have a kettle coffee/tea in the room or to have been told that there were facilities available in the general kitchen

Mr David D (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, June 2013): the room was no better than expected for unioversity accomodation. When I arrived it was not clear where the accomodation reception was located. Som sign posts from the carpark would be helpful to point people in the right direction. Great location for concerts at wembly. Two stops on the tube with the majority of people headerd into central london after the concert.

Mr Andrew B (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, September 2012): it was the first time I had booked university halls for a trip to London BUT it will not be the last. Great location , handy for the tube into central london ( about 20 mins ), a zone 4 day ticket didn't add much to the nightly cost so it makes sense for a single traveller

Mr Rio G (Clayhill Hall, Kingston, London, September 2012): The staff at Clayhill were some of the most fantastic, kindhearted people I had the pleasure to meet on my trip. It was an honor.

Mrs Hanna P (Seething Wells Hall, Kingston, London, September 2012): thank you for our stay at your house. we enjoyed it.

Mr Joshua E (Clayhill Hall, Kingston, London, September 2012): Daytime staff are lovely and helpful. I spent the past year living there as a student, and then stayed over summer. I'll miss Clayhill. Well worth the stay either as a term time student, or if you're just stuck for somewhere to stay over summer. Thanks for everything Clayhill, Josh.

Ms Katharine M (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, August 2012): Would stay again - for the price, this is great value. One minute's walk to the underground. Had a hire car and paid 5 pounds a day for parking. Didn't realise I'd have to pay for internet, but quite cheap. No problem keeping food in fridge - all crockery in kitchen, including coffee plunger. Clean towel every day, soap provided.

Miss Fiona W (Clayhill Hall, Kingston, London, August 2012): I have no complaints about Clayhill at all! Just wondered why I got put in the smallest room in the flat when the biggest was available!!

Miss Jodie C (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, June 2012): Very affordable, great location right next to the tube. Friendly staff - especially Batman :-)

Mr Hans E (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, June 2012): Accomodation is good, the staff are very accomodating and friendly. They have help with many questions that I have had. Thank you Hans

Ms Anne M (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, June 2012): Great location right beside the underground. Nice staff in the uni.

Mr Roy S (Seething Wells Hall, Kingston, London, September 2011): Excellent value for money in convenient location. Very clean room and kitchen. However I do feel 1 (rather small) towel was not adequate.

Mr Niels H (Seething Wells Hall, Kingston, London, September 2011): Very nice site, super friendly staff. Would stay there again any time!

Miss Marianna B (Seething Wells Hall, Kingston, London, August 2011): really enjoyed time at Seething wells all round, accommodation was good and members of staff on sight helping was also good

Mrs Brenda H (Seething Wells Hall, Kingston, London, August 2011): Very helpful and friendly reception. Room is what I would expect for the price. It's a useful bargain.

Yoshiko K (Harrow Hall, Harrow, London, September 2010): Right in front of the Tube station. Excellent for a traveller! It was a bit too cold in the room.

Brenda H (Seething Wells Hall, Kingston, London, August 2010): I would definitely stay here again as it is so convenient. Comfortable clean room, extremely helpful friendly staff.

Olivia H (Seething Wells Hall, Kingston, London, August 2010): Carpets need to be vacuumed between visitors, and complete surfaces dusted. Otherwise a pleasant stay, staff very helpful and friendly, bed comfortable too. Will visit again.
