Customer feedback

We guarantee that all our feedback is genuine and can only be submitted by people who have booked through our websites.

, August 2014: Great value for money and location 5/5

, August 2014: Although the location of Vine Court is relatively far from the Liverpool Lime St station (it was about 20 minutes of walking along the main Renshaw St to Myrtle Street), the accomodation was excellent - it is very clean, very new and basic amenities such as a small water boiler and hairdryer were provided. Overall, I was very impressed with the accomodation, and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Liverpool. 4/5

, August 2014: I was a bit apprehensive about booking student accommodation but I must say it exceeded my expectations, clean, tidy and quiet! I will not hesitate in booking again! 4/5

, August 2014: Value for money was excellent as we only wanted somewhere to sleep. We were able to bring our own food and make our own breakfast, also an excellent facility. However we were not able to work out how the air conditioning worked as a result the room even with the window open was quite hot. I would book this again and would recommend to friends and family. 4/5

, August 2014: Spotlessly clean room. Ideally situated for our needs. Fantastic value for money. Would definitely come back. 5/5

, August 2014: Vine Court is well located for Liverpool City Centre and the accommodation is modern and clean. The room was very good value for money. The negatives were the noise from doors banging all through Saturday night until about 05:30 on Sunday morning and people shouting with no regard for those trying to sleep. 4/5

, August 2014: First time staying in Uni accommodation. Would certainly use again and recommend to friends Reception/security staff very helpfull 4/5

, August 2014: The room was beautifully clean and the staff were very helpful. Inexpensive way to stay in central Liverpool. Was a great visit, thank you very much. 4/5

, July 2014: The folks at the service desk were very pleasant and helpful. The room was quite basic but clean and adequate. My only issue was that it was extremely hot (probably a rare thing in Liverpool!) and the with no air conditioning or fan and only one window that would only open a few inches the room was stifling - impossible to sleep or work in. I was fortunate that one of the attendants loaned me a small fan or I would have had to stay somewhere else. 4/5

, July 2014: Great value for money.Really short walking distance into town. Staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Would definitely stay again. 5/5

, July 2014: Very satisfied, top class room and excellent value for money, better than some hotels ! Staff were very helpful and always provided service with a smile. Would definitely stay again. 5/5

, July 2014: Very basic accommodation, but all clean and well-kept. 4/5

, July 2014: This was a fantastic bargain and the staff were so helpful. 5/5

, July 2014: Front desk staff 10 out of 10. Cleaning staff shortage meant towels were only changed once in 10 days 3 out of 10. Otherwise clean, well fitted out and very good value for money. 4/5

, July 2014: Suitable for my requirements, the Open Golf at Hoylake ie a good location. 4/5

, July 2014: Exceeded expectations 5/5

, July 2014: Clean rooms but a slight niggle was the staff shortage meant towels were not changed regularly. However cannot fault the staff who took our booking and the two gentlemen on the front desk were nothing short of excellent. Whatever the query, parking, restaurants etc. They really went out of their way and made our stay - Simply superb.. 4/5

, July 2014: very friendly staff, modern rooms 4/5

, July 2014: Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas 4/5

, July 2014: We stayed very well. 4/5

, July 2014: Excellent place to stay very easy booking and checking in.The gentleman on reception was most helpful and friendly. Room was clean and location good. We used this for a graduation visit but it was also only a short walk into Liverpool. 5/5

, July 2014: excellent service and very helpful easy process from start to finish I will definitely recommend 5/5

, July 2014: Very nice place and very good room. My husband and I stay 3 times on June and July. I recommend it. 5/5

, July 2014: Vine Court is an excellent residence. The rooms are modern and even elegant. The front desk staff are great (Stephen was especially helpful and friendly) and the maintenance staff (I needed a fix in the WC) were quick to respond and very professional. Overall, the physical space and the quality of service is superb. Looking forward to returning to Liverpool and Vine Court. 5/5

, July 2014: Had a lovely stay and although rooms were fairly basic, they had everything we needed. 4/5

Mr ALPER DARICI, July 2014: Everything was excellent except the safe internet. 4/5

Mr Andrew Barkla, July 2014: Probably would have put excellent for all if (1) water supply had not been cut off on last morning - but dtaff were really helpful about this (2) bin liners were provided for bin in room. 4/5

Mrs SUSAN TURNER, June 2014: We would definitely recommend to family & friends. 4/5

Miss Renata Scognamiglio, June 2014: Having the possibility of booking just before 11am of the day before arrival is a little bit tight. Fortunately the organizer of the conference I was attending and the staff of Vine Court were so kind to help me. It would not be bad to have a place to put the soap in the shower. Anyway, apart from this little details, I found a very good balance between price and service and everybody there was nice and kind! 5/5

Mrs Joanne Hunt, June 2014: Very convenient location, friendly reception staff, easy to find. Only negative comment would be that coffee sachets were all decaf - some caffeine sachets would have been appreciated 5/5

Mrs Sharon Cain, June 2014: A great location, enjoyed our stay. 4/5

Ms Paula Nolan, June 2014: Happy with our stay. Thank you. 4/5

Mrs Bethan Powell, June 2014: Very friendly staff - a great place to stay if you just need a room and an excellent advert for Liverpool Uni 5/5

Mrs christine shepherdson, June 2014: Clean and comfortable and in perfect location for events on campus. Reception staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. I was glad to have room away from fire doors on corridor as these were very noisy. 4/5

Mrs Julie Carvell, June 2014: We arrived quite late, but the Reception staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a few small toiletries left for us. A couple of extra pillows would have been nice, but I was too tired to go downstairs and ask for more, so can't complain too much. Thanks very much, a good night's sleep enabled us to enjoy the whole `Open Day' experience. 4/5

Mrs Christine Blades, June 2014: good central location. 5/5

Mr Marty Hansen, September 2013: Excellent value for the cost. Very convenient for downtown access. Good grocery store and restaurants nearby. The laundrette needs a folding table. 4/5

Mrs Lisa Tobin-Smith, August 2013: The security guys were expecially helpful. All three were so willing to pass on information, helped me lug my laundry and were overall great people to have at the door!!! 5/5

Ms Sandra Herklotz, August 2013: Great staff. Very safe. 4/5

Mr Ying Keat Lau, July 2013: Only recommendation would be to improve the shower configuration so that water will not be easily splashed to outside the shower area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience during our stay at Vine Court, and the guys at the reception were extremely helpful. Excellent value for money and would certainly recommend to others. Keep up the good work! 5/5

Mrs Cheryl Ellis, July 2013: The accomodation was good for the residences with access to many necessary amenities. The staff were superb and very helpful and friendly. The overall experience was remarkable. 4/5
