Prince's Gardens Residences (Southside and Eastside Hall), offer 722 stylish contemporary en-suite single, double and twin bedrooms in the exclusive South Kensington.
The residential complex is located within 5 minutes’ walk from the Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park, Natural History Museum, Science Museum and Victoria and Albert Museum. Eastside Bar and Restaurant
The Eastside Bar and Restaurant serves a delicious range of 'gastro-pub' style dishes perfect for lunch or dinner, as well as a superb range of ales and wines, teas and coffees. Conveniently located on the ground floor of the Eastside Halls of Residence, this venue is on the doorstep of any guest staying in Prince's Gardens or Beit Hall. Eastside is open daily from 12.00pm-11.00pm Monday to Saturday and from 12.00pm-10.00pm on Sundays.
As well as Eastside, the Ethos cafe is located on the ground floor of Ethos, Imperial's flagship sports centre, also on Prince's Gardens. Serving a range of hot and cold drinks including barista-style coffee and fresh juice and smoothies, baguettes, sandwiches, paninis, salads and lots more, the Ethos cafe is ideal spot for a quick bite to eat or drink after a swim or gym session or simply just to relax.
Grounds and gardens
Guests staying in Prince's Gardens can enjoy use of the leafy Prince's Gardens. As London's only privately-owned public square, the Gardens offer a beautiful green tranquil space in the heart of central London. For those who want to venture out of the College grounds, Hyde Park is only a short walk away with vast green space and lake.
Guests staying in Princes Gardens receive complimentary access to Ethos gym (charges apply for the rest of the facilities). Located on the north side of Prince's Gardens, Ethos Sports Centre offers sauna, steam room and spa, fitness gym, exercise studio for classes, sports hall for badminton, table tennis, basketball and 5-a-side football, climbing wall, three squash courts, treatments.
Free Internet access is available to guests for the duration of your stay. To access internet in bedrooms will require an ethernet cable. Communal areas have WIFI internet connection. Cables can be purchased at reception for an additional cost.

Directions: At South Kensington station, turn right into the subway sign-posted for the museums and continue for approx. 5 minutes until you reach the very end of the subway. At the exit, cross the road and turn left up Exhibition Road walking towards Hyde Park. Take the second side street on the right that is Watts Way, half way along the path, you will see the entrance to reception which is located in Falmouth Hall in Southside building on your right hand side approaching from Exhibition Road.
By Car: Unfortunately, we do not offer parking. Please note that central London operates a Congestion Charge zone between the hours of 7.00am-6.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. This is student digs so don't expect a TV, but what you do get is a nice clean modern new room with a nice bathroom, clean sheets, comfy beds, and a central location that for the price is unbeatable.. second time here, we'll be back
