Located in the heart of the city, Keble offers ensuite and standard rooms (a shared bathroom between 2 rooms) in comfortable student study bedrooms.
Rooms are located in the Grade 1 listed buildings designed by the Victorian architect, William Butterfield, as well as in our modern award winning buildings.
We have ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor and in buildings with lifts and wet room style bathroom for those who have difficulty with mobility. Our aim is to ensure that all guests are offered assistance and we ask guests to advise us of their particular needs when making their booking. Please note that our standard bedrooms are located up at least one flight of stairs, with no lift access.
Please note we cannot accept Hen or Stag Parties out of respect for our other guests.
From 2017 we will only accept children over the age of 16.

History to the present day
Founded in 1870 in memory of John Keble, a central figure in the controversial Oxford Movement which sought to recover the Catholic heritage of the Church of England, Keble is one of the largest colleges in Oxford. Although the College has produced many notable Anglican leaders, it is no longer formally tied to the Church of England and no longer are the Fellows, or the Warden, beholden to an external Council of ecclesiastical worthies.
Keble now has over 600 students, both graduates and undergraduates who come from a great variety of social and educational backgrounds, and from diverse parts of the UK, Europe and further overseas. It is noted for both its academic and sporting successes and its music, notably the Chapel Choir, which is among the best in Oxford.
(A booklet, priced at £4.00, detailing the full history of Keble College can be purchased at the Lodge along with postcards and other Keble merchandise)
Food and Drinks
All bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities, towels and toiletries.
Breakfast is included in your rate and is served in our magnificent Victorian Gothic dining hall, the longest Hall in Oxford.
Breakfast is served from 7.30-9am every day
Grounds and gardens
Keble boasts four delightful quads each with its own character and gardens. From the Liddon Quad - one of the largest in Oxford - to the more intimate Pusey Quad. Newman Quad with its herbaceous border and the Hayward Quad where drinks are served in the summer complete the quartet.
We offer WIfi throughout most of the College, but there are some areas that do not receive a Wifi signal.
There is a coin operated laundry service which is available to guests.
Please note that our ensuite and standard rooms are located in different parts of the college, therefore if you are booking more than one type of room, they are unlikely to be very close to each other.
We have limited hairdryers available on a first come basis.

Great location, very central & beautiful old buildings. The rooms were clean & had everything we needed. Missed breakfast but friends went & said it was great & the hall looked like Hogwarts. Fantastic value for money, highly recommend.

Keble college welcomes you with an extraordinary athmosphere, the rooms itself are modern standard and modest, but the whole surroundings are just overwhelming. Great architecture and the breakfast is outstanding also thanks to the imppressive ambience in the great hall.
