Overview

Singleton Residences are very close to the centre of Swansea University's compact campus. The residences comprise over 700 Single Ensuite and over 20 Twin Ensuite bedrooms, many with fantastic views across Swansea Bay towards Devon, west to Mumbles and east to Porthcawl.

All Bed and Breakfast rooms have tea and coffee-making facilities; Laundry facilites are located in Kilvey residences but we have no irons.

Please note that there is only one twin bedroom per floor. All other rooms are single bedrooms.

nice facilities - and a great place to stay on a vacation. it would have been nice to have had an option of hiring a TV for the room, for the stay, particularly for late evenings/early morning news and weather reports. the breakfasts were superb and filling ... a huge thank you to all the team involved. I will wholeheartedly recommend the university as a place to stay out of term time. thank you everyone. Alan Standish ex swansea boy!

The room was clean, and the snowy towels changed daily. The door "key" worked on every try. What staff I met were smiley and helpful. I was disappointed by the breakfasts, though - lots of food available, but would have liked a bit more variety. It was a pleasant stay, and I was lucky with good weather. Would I come again? Yes.

Clean, safe environment - good breakfast, excellent location, helpful staff. General info in the room concerning the area would have been helpful - as would a towel rail and soap dish in the bathroom. I had an issue with the shower - this was dealt with the same day. Would recommend to others.

a great week. Staff very friendly and obliging. campus well sign posted and easy to get around. every need catered for and we were very impressed with Taleisin. what a fantastic centre - wonderful shop and theatre offerings - we weren't expecting that and were very impressed

my visit was enjoyed,the staff were a credit to the uni,but the service would have been enhanced if when the location for meals changes could a notice to that effect be provided thus avoiding having to go up and down stairs to find the relevent venue.

For the price paid, the room, breakfast and service was as expected and good value. If I'd paid more money, I would have expected a higher standard. Thanks for a good stay.

All staff I met were very helpful cheerful and kind I cannot praise them enough, if I need to stay in Swansea again I would go to the University again, thank you all.

The overall experience was great, however the put u up bed was rather lumpy and uncomfortable. verything else was great.

Guests should check in at Preseli Residence foyer.

Car parking is available on a first come, first served basis in the main car park adjacent to the campus entrance off Mumbles Road. Please ask for a parking id slip to display in your vehicle and a card to activate the barrier.

Swansea High Street rail station is 15 minutes by taxi and 22 minutes by the metro bus.

Please ensure you print off and bring your booking confirmation with you as this must be presented by Bed & Breakfast guests when ordering breakfast.

For those on a "room only" board, please be advised that there is limit avialbiity for cash purchases on weekends and evenings.
