The Residence C. R. BONANOVA was created in 1986.

It is located in the area of Bonanova, in the district of Sarria - Sant Gervasi, has excellent communication with the university and the city center.

During Easter, Christmas and Summer they offer accommodation to all those people who want to enjoy an area with a relaxing atmosphere in our city Barcelona.

Manager was very helpful though he did not speak English and I did not speak Spanish unfortunately. He tried to communicate and that is the best I could hope for. Hot rooms and WiFi did not work too well. Friendly other occupants in flat.

For 22 E a night, this was perfect for me, travelling on my own. Room clean, not many people sharing a bathroom and the rooftop garden was a nice surprise. Also handy having a little kitchenette, which you do not get in a hotel.

The hall incharge was very nice, he tried what ever method to communicate in English. He tried to give all help! Thanks to him.

The residence was very good in considering Quality / Price, the person who is in charge is friendly and very helpfull
