Great place to stay in Central Manchester. Clean rooms, good service and comes with a well equipped kitchenette. Will put this on my go to list from now on. Only one downside was that if you want the discounted parking from Q park you have to book ahead, but a minor quirk. Source = Google

Best decision was to stay here! Clean and comfortable toons, very quiet since there were very few people staying. It's 20 mins to downtown but accessible by bus or train. Will definitely recommend this to sooo travellers instead of dingy hostels! Worth your money!!

Wonderful. Change nothing. Just keep up the excellent standards as they are. Only small problem is that we asked for two beds rather than one larger one because I am a fitful sleeper and my wife can't stand it, but besides that--perfect.

It was ideal for b&b while attending a two day conference. Efficient friendly service at the porters' lodge; good breakfast; almost everything needed in the room (it would have been nice to have decaff coffee/tea).
