The studios and apartments of size 22m2 and above can be rented on a shared basis. An additional charge applies when selecting the Studios Comfort and Apartments Comfort which have been renovated recently. The studios are available from as early as July and August at a reduced monthly rate and the minimum stay is 6 months. If your lease starts on the 1st of July or the 1st of August, it cannot end before the end of December. The minimum stay in this case is 7 months and 8 months respectively.
