Azur Campus 2 & 3 are historical buildings located in the centre of the city of Nice. The two residences are only a few meters from the tram stop, in the proximity of the train station SNCF and the pedestrian areas. The old town and the beaches are only 1500m away. The studios are easily accessible from all the main attractions of Nice, the EDHEC, the Teacher Training College, the Valrose Campus and various language schools.
The residences have sixty self-catering studios each from 12 to 20 m² which are all fully furnished and equipped to accommodate one or two people. The studios include a single or twin beds, TV, table and chairs, cupboard, private bathroom, a kitchenette with a fridge, a hob, an oven, a microwave and a kitchen kit. Air conditioning is installed in all the studios. Bedding and towels are also provided. Free wifi is available in all the rooms.
