A more comprehensive guide in each room to the area and facilities of the accomodation and the surrounding area / city. Travel information (public transport) would have also have been helpfull in a welcome pack or in-room guide. Overall very happy with the visit . Did miss not having a radio or TV in the room but other than that extremely happy with our stay.

Please make it clearer in the future that you must collect the keys from the welcome point. The email said nothing about it and no one was at Rutland hall reception when I got there.

Not amazingly comfortable but really pretty cheap so can't complain. Service, including check in at 1am and being well looked after by security, was excellent. Didn't have breakfast.

excellent "tray breakfast" which was a pleasant surprise as not mentioned on booking form. Upgraded (free of charge) to en-suite as quiet.
