The residence offers package prices that include on-site language courses available to all students over age 18. BLAU Student Housing is Barcelona’s newest and most premium student accommodation, offering exclusive services and high-quality facilities. The residence is housed in a 10,000m² building with a limited capacity for 265 students and boasts the most common areas per person in Barcelona, totaling more than 1,800m². It features a separate building for master’s and postgraduate students.
