The accommodation has a great location. 5 minutes from Grassmarket and 10 from the Royal Mile. Also, the reception staff is incredible, very attentive and hospitable. They have helped us and taken great care of us during our stay ? we would definitely repeat. - source Google

Budget accommodation during the Fringe. Rooms are great if you're using Edinburgh for a base, the kitchen and living room is pretty barren though, barely enough to cook a meal for 6. - source Google
