The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of Brunswick Square. Although fairly basic and a bit old fashioned, the facilities were fine, and the staff very kind and helpful. Fantastic location; quiet and leafy, with a good selection of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby and a very good shopping centre and cinema on the doorstep. 10 minutes walk from St Pancras/Kings Cross, and easy access to the West End.

Student rooms, 1960's so by modern standards spacious. Good wi-fi. Quite noisy, not a lot of supervision obvious, fairly clunky booking in and out. Breakfast large but chaotic. Not en suite. Still excellent value for Central London.

Very pleased with my stay here. Last year I didn't have 'a room view' but this year I did. Room and facilities were again nice and clean. Breakfast with lots of (healthy) possibilities. Super friendly staff. Great value for money.

GerritV

Excellent value for such a great location. Room was basic but clean and toiletries was a nice touch. The only thing that spoilt my stay was the noise made by other guests partying late night and very early morning.

Great value for money. Easy to get to any part of London. Overlooking a beautiful park. quirky restaurants close by. Can’t wait to go back

MarieI

Very clean and well run. The warden and hall manager are both excellent and the gardens were beautiful.
