Payment Terms
There are no booking fees for this vendor
Please note that in the case of cancellation your deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
Upon receipt of your booking we will contact you by email in order to obtain all the requested documents and payments. All supporting documents are due WITHIN:
- A maximum of 15 days from the date you receive our email, if your arrival is scheduled for 30+ days after your booking date
- A maximum of 5 days from the date you receive our email, if your arrival is scheduled for 15+ days after your booking date
- A maximum of 2 days from the date you receive our email, if your arrival is scheduled for 7+ days after your booking date
- The same day you receive our email, if your arrival is scheduled for 1+ day after your booking date
Please note that if you are unable provide the requested documents and payments in due time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
For stays of 4 months or more, the tenant must submit the following documents:
- Bank or postal details
- Insurance Certificate
- Photocopy of National Identity Card or passport or residence permit
- Photocopy of student card or certificate of education (to be provided at the start of the school year)
The guarantor must provide the following documents:
- Bank or postal details
- Certificate of employment
- Photocopy of National Identity Card
- Photocopies of last 3 payslips
- Photocopy of last tax notice
- Photocopies of 3 last rent receipts or property tax
Important: if you are abroad and do not have a guarantor in France , you have to pay 2 months’ rent in advance on the day of arrival.
Payments:
Administrative fee 350 € *
Deposit of 650 €/studio, 800€/T2**
First months' rent **
Amount to be paid by cash, cheque, bank card, bank transfer **
* The administrative fee must be paid by cheque to the order of Gestetud. This cheque will only be returned in case of failure to pass the exams or not being admitted to the university in the beginning of September. Please provide a supporting letter, fax or email from the university on this matter. Otherwise no refund will be granted.
Please note that you will be requested to submit all payments, including the administrative fee together with your application.
