RIGHT TO INTERRUPT A STAY
The rooms can only be booked on a monthly basis, eg .: September (from 1 to 30), October and November (from 1 October to 30 November), etc. The structure also has house rules of good conduct to which guests must adhere to during their stay, pledging not to be annoying to other guests, to respect times of silence for the study and for the rest, not tobehave against the law inside or outside the premisis, not to use drugs or abuse of alcohol during their stay, to not expect overnight guests and to report any daytime visit at reception. The direction is reserving the right to terminate the duration of your stay at any time should the guest behaviour not be satisfactory and cause problems and distress to other guests, the staff or the premisis.
Once the booking has been made, the students are requested to send a copy of the ID/Passport to the email address of Casa Monteripido, which can be found in the booking receipt.The Management follows a zero tolerance policy with anti social behavior, guests that cause persistent nuisance will be asked to leave the premises.
On arrival, the student will be required to sign a lease contract with the accommodation.
Payment terms: on arrival, the student will be requested to pay a security deposit equal to 1 month plus to pay the first month in advance. The following months will need to be paid within day 15 of the current month. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the stay upon inspection of the accommodation by the staff.
