Save money and stay in empty uni rooms, even if you're not a student.

Pleasant, room clean, comfortable, staff pleasant and helpful. Room fairly compact, but well organised, great for a couple of night stay. The Botanical gardens are a couple of minutes walk away and Wetherspoons (The Francis Newton) is just over 10 minutes.

I had a very comfortable peaceful short stay at the college. The staff in the Porters Lodge were very helpful. The situation of the college adjacent to the Cherwell River is delightful, very serene.

Great place to stay when in Manchester. Friendly and clean. We were going to a concert at the AO Arena which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel so couldn't have been better
