This is the first time I have stayed in University accommodation but it will not be the last. To find somewhere in central London for the price I paid was exceptional. The quality of the accommodation far exceeded my expectations and the breakfast were exceptional. I have no problem recommending the accommodation to anyone of any age. When I stayed customers ages ranged from early 20's to 60's and 70's.

Enjoyed my stay. Very welcoming staff on the reception desk, who looked after my luggage before checking in, and after checking out. Thank you to them. One point for improvement - it would be good at night to dim the strip lights in the corridors which can be seen through the little window over the door to each room. The light kept me awake at night, and so many lights seemed superfluous.

Being familiar with University accommodation, we can report that everything was up to the required (expected) standard. Two concerns, re the shower and the request for another pillow, were attended to promptly. Yes, we would certainly use Canterbury Hall again, or other University accommodation, when the need arises. Thank you to all the friendly staff for making our stay enjoyable

My second stay here. I love it. Really comfortable, convenient room with good broadband. Staff are friendly. Fantastic value. I can't comment on the breakfast, as it's served at 8.30 am and I like to be up and out by 7 am. There are lots of cheap breakfast-to-go options locally, though, and I actually used the kettle in my room to make instant porridge.

Excellent - clean, pleasant, amazing value for money and the gentleman at reception could not have been more helpful and friendly; a really delightful welcome. I can't comment on breakfast as I had to leave at 6.30am!

Great value for money, great location, very extensive breakfast buffet. Room clean, spacious for London, complimentary toiletries and shower shoes!

Excellent location, very helpful staff, spotlessly clean. Very impressed with the accommodation. I would stay here again!
