Milano Student House is a private residence welcoming students for long stays only, for a minimum period of 6 months. It Features 4 apartments having 15 rooms, with the total of 22 beds available. The rooms are single or double and every apartment has a communal space such as bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor terrace. A cleaning service is provided once a week to the communal spaces and once a month to the rooms. The Residence offer fast speed wifi as well.

PLEASE NOTE Minimum stay is six months and you can only book your room according to the following dates: Summer Semester from March 1^st to August 31^st/ Winter Semester from September 1^st to February 28^th. Booking made in different dates and/or for shorter periods will be declined.

Milano Student House is located in between the Politecnico Bovisa and the Politecnico La Masa, both within walking distance. The Bovisa Triennale and the Mario Negri Institute for the research are in the surrounding area. The metro station Bovisa/Politecnico is only 230 metres away.

Moving-in-day for new students is on the first day of the month starting at 5 pm.

We kindly ask for your understanding that it is not possible to move in before 5 pm, since final cleaning of the rooms an apartment must be taken care of. However, if you wish to move into the apartment at a later date, you have to make arrangements with the Milano Student House in advance.

We kindly ask for your understanding that the flat must be vacated on departure day (last day of the month) by latest at 9 am in order to allow the staff to check the apartment and cleaning condition. Shared spaces, kitchen shelves and refrigerator must be emptied 2 days before moving out (2 days before the last day of the month). The flat and your room must be left free of rubbish, bottles, any kind of boxes etc. the saucepans must be cleaned, the cupboards, shelves cleared out and the refrigerator emptied and cleaned. The bathrooms must be left free with a basic cleaning. The apartment must be handed over clean and in good condition. If your room is handed over exceedingly dirty the Milano Student House reserves the exceptional right to charge an additional cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the deposit.
