Welcome to the 300 year old Blacksmith’s, Flaxton.
It is situated in the centre of the beautiful village of Flaxton, just 9 miles from the centre of York & ideally placed for visiting the North York Moors and the East Coast seaside resorts of Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey and Whitby. Castle Howard, the setting for the TV series Brideshead Revisited, is just 5 miles away.
Bed and Breakfast accommodation is available in our four charming rooms, each retaining many of the building's original features.
All of the rooms are en-suite with either shower or bath facilities. All rooms have a TV.. Tea & Coffee is available in the guest kitchen
You have chosen to stay in a B & B instead of a hotel. This means we cannot provide 24 hour service.

Breakfast is a continental breakfast served in the bar area and is available between 8.am and 9am. .
Unless requested we do NOT enter your room during your stay because of Covid.
Please respect the towels. Mascara does not wash out!. Please place damp towels on radiators.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the bedrooms and a £200 cleaning charge will be payable.
