Thought it was excellent value for money. Considering it was central London for a short break, at the price you paid it was excellent. Towels were changed daily, the rooms and kitchen were all very clean. With regards to catering the breakfasts were really good, with lots of choice (all organic and fair trade) and you had access to a kitchen with a microwave. Additionally the Indian YMCA next door offered a really good Indian Buffet at a very reasonable price. The reception staff were friendly.

A good location with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and undergound stations nearby. Nice inside. Awkward having to use a keycard for every single door, especially when going in and out of the kitchen with food. Not having an oven is a drawback. The hob was difficult to use and the sockets stopped working one day so the microwave, kettle etc could not be used. Security and reception staff were very friendly and helpful during these incidents. Non-en-suite meant long journeys to bathroom.

Overall this possibility, of staying in reasonably priced accommodation, with a decent breakfast, in very convenient locations in Central London, remains outstanding value for money and very very useful. To return to London in this way, in the Covid period, was especially poignant.

Marvellous. Great location, spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, lovely helpful staff, great breakfast, very secure and left luggage service very useful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again - perfect for solo travellers.

Clean room and bathroom, but the building is extremely noisy. We heard doors slamming almost all night long. Otherwise, great location and good value for money, but not recommended for light sleepers.

Excellent location and food....reception staff really helpful. Quilt wasn't very warm...seemed a bit worn.... but overall delightful accommodation and experience including a speedy booking process
