Christ Church, Oxford

Located in the heart of the city, Christ Church is conveniently close to museums, shops and restaurants. If you are visiting Oxford during the Easter (March/April) and Summer (July, August, September) holiday periods, why not stay as guests of the college?

The buildings of architectural and historical interest reflect the differing centuries since the college’s foundation. There are no lifts in any accommodation staircases, with some bedrooms up several flights of stairs, making them unsuitable for those with mobility needs. We have limited number of ground and first floor rooms, so if you have any access requirements please include the details in the additional information box at the time of booking.

Christ Church offers rooms for single or twin occupancy. Ensuite bedrooms have their own basin, shower and toilet within the room. Standard rooms have their own basin but shared bathroom and toilet facilities. Please note: you may have to go up or down two or three flights of stairs from your bedroom to the nearest facilities.

We are unable to accept bookings for Stag and Hen groups and we can only accommodate adults (aged 18 and over). This includes babies/children sharing a room with adults. (If such a booking is made you will be asked to cancel it and an admin fee will apply).

Breakfast in the Great hall was awesome. I liked their hashed potatoes, grilled tomatoes, and freshly squeezed orange juice. They had vegetarian sausages as well.

Nice big room, good facilities, great location and blissfully quiet. Didn't get a chance to try breakfast but had a peek in the beautiful hall. Thoroughly recommend. Great value for money.

A fine room in a wonderful building, in a wonderful town. From a more practical perspective: a (small) desk and chair would have been a welcome addition.
