All our Bedrooms are located on the Ground Floor and have en-suite shower facilities. Towels and soap are also provided for you. Our 3 Deluxe rooms have a patio/seating area overlooking the garden but everybody can enjoy the grounds. We also have deluxe doubles, standard doubles, Basic Twins and Standard Single Rooms.
Walk around our 3 acres of Landscaped Gardens, with Pear, Apple and Plum Trees. Feel free to bring your own picnic.

There is a friendly local Village Pub The Unicorn within a couple of minutes walk serving Food and Cask Ales with occasional entertainment.
Foxwood is Ideally located in the village of Carlton, approximately 1 mile from Rothwell and midway between Leeds and Wakefield. A 10 minute drive in any direction will take you to either City Centres.
Leeds is an excellent place for shopping. Visit Trinity Leeds or why not call in at Harvey Nichols and have lunch in their 4th floor Cafe. Take in a show at the Grand Theatre ending with the Fantastic nightlife Leeds has to offer. Take a walk down Greek Street or The Calls and enjoy the many bars there are on offer.
