The restaurant has held a AA Rosette award for the last 6 years and 2 AA Rosette for the last 3 years for the outstanding preparation of its food, good quality , ingredients it uses. All of the food is made using the best seasonal ingredients available locally, including meat, game and vegetables sourced from local suppliers. The accommodation is highly commended by the AA guide which awarded the hotel Five stars which is awarded to the top ten percent within there rating in Great Britain.
