This large family house started its life as a pub! Since renovated it now boasts a large kitchen diner which is very rare in traditional terrace houses.
You will find all the essentials you need to be able to cook, entertain and catch up after a day of exploring all York has to offer.
At the back of the kitchen is a yard perfect for barbecuing in the summer months!
At the front of the house, there is a separate living room with a 3 seat sofa and two vintage armchairs where you can snuggle up and relax, and watch the TV or a good film.
With its perfect, central location, there's no need for a car as you are minutes away from the centre of York.
PARKING: We are lucky enough to be able to provide you with a free parking permit for one car so you can park on the street just outside the house.
On the first floor, there is a large double bedroom with a king-size bed and views of Yorks rooftops.
A full house bathroom complete with large walk-in power shower, a roll-top bath, and a toilet with an additional toilet room next door too.
On the second floor, there are a further two double bedrooms. All the bedrooms have plenty of storage to hang your clothes and have clean white hotel standard bedding.
This house is bursting with character. Every piece of furniture has been hand-picked and has a lifetime of stories. It takes its inspiration from Yorks historic past, with pictures and artwork to celebrate this famous city.
