Historia

The residence was built in the 1920’s and is a Grade II listed, neo-Georgian building with a large private landscaped garden, veranda and balcony.

There are kitchens on every floor and appliances include hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and electric kettle.  Cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are all provided free of charge and kitchens are cleaned regularly.  There is also a vending machine which stocks both soft drinks and snacks.

The residence is close to charming Highgate Village, with its 18th century architecture and beautiful homes, with the busier Archway just down the hill. There is a variety of shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants available in both areas.

Bedrooms are cleaned and bed linens and towels (provided free of charge) changed weekly. Most rooms have a small fridge freezer and washbasin.

Irons and ironing boards can be borrowed from the Hall Manager's office free of charge.

There is a student lounge for relaxing, with comfortable sofas and widescreen TV.  The landscaped outdoor area is the perfect place to sit on summer days.

There is limited off-street parking and bike storage.

Wireless internet access is available throughout the building.  Utility bills are included in the price and there is also an on-site coin operated laundry.

CCTV is in operation and our friendly live-in Hall Manager is on site to assist you!
