Worcester College is known for its contrasting architecture, 26 acres of grounds and award-winning gardens. The College is conveniently located in central Oxford with Gloucester Green bus station nearby and only a 5-minute walk from the train station. It is within walking distance of museums, theatres, cinemas, bars & restaurants.

Accommodation is offered in one of the student accommodation areas.

Bed size was a challenge for two, but we managed. Please note that this is College-student-accommodation which needs to be judged by adapted standards. It is very good by these standards. And great fun.

Very nice to be staying at Worcester as always. College grounds, breakfast, bathroom, porter's lodge all top notch. The room itself could use a bit of a refresh: paint, light fixtures, mirror etc.

Spacious room, which was clean but very basic for how expensive it was. There was a kettle but no mugs and it would have been helpful to know this in advance as I could have brought things.

There was not even soap in the room. The bed was lumpy. I will definitely not be coming back. The value for money was low.

The bathroom shower was very prone to flooding. My only downside. A lovely room in a beautiful college

The Lodge is staffed 24 hours a day, however, guests arriving after 5.00 pm can access the College by ringing the doorbell. Worcester College does not have any luggage storing facilities, guests must take their luggage with them on departure.

The College is located within 5 minutes walking distance from the Gloucester Green Bus station and 10 minutes walking distance from Oxford train station.

By Car: The College is unable to offer parking on site. The City operates a very convenient Park and Ride scheme.

By Train: A direct service operates between Oxford and London Paddington (approximately every 30 minutes), and between Oxford and Birmingham New Street via Banbury and Coventry. Other services operate from the north via Birmingham New Street; from the South via Reading; and from the west via Didcot or Reading. A taxi should cost under £10 from Oxford station to the residence.

By Air: London Heathrow and Gatwick airports are linked to Oxford by The Airline coach service, which operates a direct frequent service twenty-four hours a day.
