Location ideal for our purpose, short walk from the center. House wonderfully quiet, rooms spacious and bright, over-looking the lovely scenery of St. Giles and some ancient colleges. Rooms spotlessly clean and very pleasant with a wonderful wooden desk, comfortable chairs, and a coffee-maker. Bathroom clean. Friendly hosts, and breakfast in the hall sufficient. Excellent front-door security. Only a hop over the street from my favorite watering hole, the Lamb and Flag. Will come back. Thank you.

I was met by the Junior Dean and given clear instructions on re-entry to St Benet's Hall. My room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and there were facilities for making tea and coffee, as well as an eclectic collection of books. Because the room overlooked St Giles , and the curtains were not too thick, it was quite light through the night, but that did not stop me sleeping. Breakfast was good, and sharing it with post graduate students a novel experience.
