Historia

CX is a Student housing Company. But this is really an understatement. CX's mission is to provide students, professionals, digital nomads from all over the world with a living environment and experience that will help them achieve their goals and live their dreams.

Today, with 6 campuses, over 2600 rooms and 3500 beds, CX is much more than student housing.

It is an open, vibrant, constantly evolving community, attentive to environmental issues, respectful of everyone's identity, in which everyone brings their own history, their way of thinking, their cultural richness, their passions without labels or discrimination. No type.

It is a physical place but also a way of seeing the world. A way to feel at home away from home. A way not only to live but to feel alive.
