I arrived very late in the evening but the porter made no mention of this, waved away my apologies and was very welcoming and efficient. The room was as large as my own apartment and was excellent value for money. This was a very positive experience. St Antony's College, Oxford

Excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was better than many good standard hotels. Only minus was the breakfast on the Saturday and Sunday was poor compared to first day. Possibly due to weekend. Résidence Universitaire Lanteri, Paris
