Centrally located. Peter and his son were very pleasant and helped with any Information needed as well as suggested points of interest and provided necessary maps. Good value accommodation in a good location. However, due to the location of the room, there was little airflow and so it was very hot. The wifi was also very temperamental and even when it worked was quite slow. John Dodgson House, Kings Cross, London

We rented five rooms to stay while watching the cricket in Chester-Le-Street, which we found to be perfect, clean, with friendly staff and a great breakfast. I won't find better value again! Collingwood College, Durham

It was a fine experience. All the college staff were very helpful and pleasant, particularly the porters. The college was interesting aid comfortable. The Queen's College, Oxford
