Constructed in 1890, this centrally-located Victorian Villa has bedrooms on all floors. All our bedrooms are gas centrally heated and most have en-suite facilities.
The guesthouse is strictly non-smoking and all rooms have a full coffee and tea service and TV hairdryers.Most of the room have fridge.
A very select breakfast is served in our bright conservatory which offers, apart from a full Scottish breakfast, porridge,Cerials fresh fruit and juice.

We don't have any parking space and there is no free parking available nearby except from 18:30 till next morning 08:00 on the side street single yellow line.
