Casa Monteripido is part of the ancient Convent of San Francesco del Monte in Perugia, providing accommodation to students, academics and is also offically recognised as a one star hotel. The property is surrounded by greenery and combines the proximity to the historic centre of Perugia (15 minutes walk) and to the University, with the tranquillity of the Franciscan, especially suitable for study. The presence of both Italian and foreign students encourages socialization.
Offering single rooms to students on a self catering basis, all with private bathroom with access to a fully equipped kitchen. Rooms can be booked on a monthly basis only, eg.: September (from the 1st to the 30th), October and November (from the 1st of October to the 30th of November), etc. Also the residence has a strict conduct regulament, please read it carefully before booking.
