The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean and pleasant. Check out was 10.00am and as my train was around 1.00pm when I mentioned this was allowed to stay in the common room. A very pleasant experience. I would stay at Wilson House again. Wilson House, Paddington, London

Mandelbaum House was a very comfortable and quiet place to stay during the summer months. Exceptionally helpful and responsive office staff. Short walk to King Street shops and restaurants. Overall I'd definitely stay here again! Mandelbaum House, Darlington, Sydney

This is the first time I have booked a university room and it was fantastic. The staff were brilliant and the facilities very good indeed. You need to advertise these facilities more to the general public. Halifax College Hostel, (Self Catering), University of York
