CLEANING
The flat is professionally cleaned and prepared before every visit by Nia, a specialist AirBnB cleaner. Toiletries, bath bombs and essential feminine products are also provided.
PARKING
Because of a very central location, there is no such thing as free parking I am afraid. But I did my best to make sure all my guests will have everything they need when staying here, so I can provide my own discounted parking ticket which will reduce the usual St David's Car Park fee of £24/day to only £4/day!
If you do require this, please let me know to prepare accordingly. Because this is the only ticket I have, if you lose it, I will have to charge you £100 for it.
ACCES
Worried about key collection hunts or fees for losing the keys? I know that we are all looking at our phones more than anything so your phone becomes your key! Check-in couldn't be easier, as I've fitted a secure electronic, keyless access system, meaning there is no need to collect keys or fobs, and there will never be a delay at check-in!
The main entrance is on the high street next to the Reiss shop. On level 3 of the St David’s car park, is a second entrance, just next to Treetop Adventure Golf.
Check-in times start from 3 pm. There are no extra charges if you wish to check-in late.
Check out is before 11 am. If you wish to check out outside these hours please let me know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
PETS
This is a pet-friendly apartment. Please let me know prior to your booking if you have a pet so I can prepare accordingly for it. There will also be an additional one-time fee of £50 per pet, which covers the deep clean of the apartment.
KIDS
The flat is child friendly flat, I have provided some board games and books for kids. A baby cot is also available on request.
