THE RESIDENCE IN MADRID is a private entity that offers accommodation to university and postgraduate students offering an innovative way of lodgment that combines a functional but modern style.

The house in Joaquin Costa, 14: Available for 18 students.  It is an Independent House with garden located in a strategic area of the centre of Madrid, in El Viso neighbourhood, very close to Salamanca district.

It is perfectly connected to public transport: bus, metro and Adif trains - Madrid Recoletos, Atocha and Nuevos Ministerios that allows an easy access to every transport bound to other cities in Spain and the rest of Europe.
