Nice spacious flat overlooking the botanical gardens. The whole process was very easy and the Porters at the college friendly & helpful. Free access to the college grounds & breakfast in the hall really make the stay a far better experience than staying in a hotel. We will definitely visit again.

Great place to stay in Central Manchester. Clean rooms, good service and comes with a well equipped kitchenette. Will put this on my go to list from now on. Only one downside was that if you want the discounted parking from Q park you have to book ahead, but a minor quirk. Source = Google

Very good value. Central secure location, easy for bus and tube and for visiting all attractions. Good Wi-Fi. We saw fantastic show. Rooms clean, beds comfy. Had breakfast in the canteen, great value at £5 each. Wonderful warm friendly service from Stella and Maria.

On arrival I was a little worried because I didn't have the extension lead I'd asked for. I had to ask at the Porters' Lodge for one and they kindly obliged. So big thanks to them. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.

Very satisfied and will come again when visiting Edinburgh. Nice and quiet but with a good atmosphere and good food. Proximity and quality of bus service means that distance from centre not a disadvantage.
