Come to The Bluebell Inn for a night or two away and discover the beautiful local countryside. Known Known for its hospitality for over 200 years it is here that in 1806 John Clare, the peasant’s poet born in the cottage next door, worked as pot boy. Our newly completed converted buildings attached to the pub create four en-suite rooms with their own history. All are ground floor with separate access from the Pub.
The rooms combine pared down, country chic style with honest creature comforts. What’s more, each room has beautiful soft furnishings, a flat screen TV, Tassimo coffee machine, tea making facilities, various books and games, and so much more.
The Bluebell is in an ideal spot from which to discover the Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire countryside. Stamford, Burghley and Peterborough are all close by.
You are welcome to bring your very well-behaved four legged friend to the Bluebell. This must be mentioned when you book as we want to make sure we can accommodate you. There is an extra charge if your dog is staying overnight.
