This dual aspect luxurious home has a spacious living/dining room with two large bay Georgian windows and welcoming hallway, a large King size bedroom and one Double bedroom, and a separate bathroom/shower room and fully equipped kitchen which overlooks gardens to the rear.
Broughton Place is private and contained. Extremely comfortable new beds and furnishings with a private bathroom, heating throughout and a fully fitted kitchen - dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. All essentials are provided - toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron, ironing board and all with cutlery, crockery and cooking essentials. There are SMART TV's, Free Hi Speed WIFI and USB connections and chargers.
