The bedroom benefits from a large bay window that provides the bedroom with plenty of natural light throughout the day - for guests that love to sleep in, rest assured as the windows are double-glazed and fitted with black-out blinds to prevent sunlight from penetrating through to avoid disturbance. The bedroom further consists of a light clothing rack for guests to hang up their personal belongings.

The living room has been fitted with two skylights which provide ample natural lighting throughout the kitchen and the living area of the flat.
