Terrenos e jardins

San Venanzo is a border town between the High Orvietano and the Middle Tiber Valley, Tolkien-style. In the novels of J.R.R. Tolkien, Middle-earth is a fantastic region, background to the events of “The Hobbit” and “Lord of the Rings” … a world that is imagined having existed actually, but at a different stage of our imagination! MIDDLE because you thought was in the middle of the sea, over the frozen north and the fires in the south EARTH because a world inhabited by men. San Venanzo is set between two fires: Perugia and Terni. San Venanzo is an unexplored place right in the middle of the Region, ideal to reach the whole Umbria. From the property you can move on foot or by bike through following paths:  A RIDE ON THE MONTE PEGLIA, THE PARK OF THE SETTE FRATI, FROM MADONNA DEI MONTI TO THE CASTLE OF CIVITELLA DEI CONTI, MONTE PEGLIA AND SELVA DI MEANA.

how to reach us:

From NORTH:

Exit from A1 at Valdichiana and take  in the direction of Perugia, at the height of Perugia take the E45 junction towards Rome, exit at Marsciano-Collepepe height, continue towards San Venanzo, past the Calvana restaurant, after a couple of bends on the right you will see the indication , take the uphill road for approx. 700 meters on the right you will find again the sign Posto delle More, turn and follow the white road for about 300 meters. You have arrived at your destination.

FROM SOUTH

Exit A1 at Orte, take the E45 towards Perugia exit at Marsciano-Collepepe height, continue towards San Venanzo, after passing the Calvana restaurant, after a couple of bends on the right you will see the indication of the More, take the road in climb for approx. 700 meters on the right you will find again the sign Posto delle More, turn and follow the white road for about 300 meters. You have arrived at your destination.
