University residence with 14 rooms (2 doubles with two double beds each) with air conditioning and a double bed, a small refrigerator, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Shared bathrooms include a living room, a lounge area with a TV, and a large shared kitchen. Two washing machines and two dryers are available free of charge.
Located in the best area of Barcelona, in the charming Gràcia neighborhood, a 5-minute walk from Barcelona's main avenues, Diagonal and Passeig de Gràcia. This is a very safe area with excellent metro and bus connections (just two metro stops from Plaza Catalunya, the city centre).
