Efficient heating and hot water in room. Tea and coffee tray was replenished which I wasn't expecting. Breakfast wasn't served during my stay as students' term had finished. Perhaps the brochure could make that clear. Very convenient location. Beautiful gardens and buildings.

The facilities were very good: the room was warm and secure and well lit by a window with a view onto the garden view and the shower was good. It was also very helpful to have a fridge. It would just have been useful to have been provided with a plate, bowel and cutlery.

Room was very clean and functional, was exactly what was need for a stop over in Cambridge with no frills. Staff were very polite and helpful. Great city centre crash pad.
