The property is close to many major transport links, festival venues and local amenities. The Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) and the Fountain Park Leisure Complex are just over 5 minutes’ walk from The Bridge House. Edinburgh Airport is 20 minutes’ drive from the apartments.

Guests are a 10-minute drive from Edinburgh Waverley train station, and a 15-minute walk from Haymarket train station.

Just WOW ! Checked my daughter in yesterday for her year stay in Edinburgh , absolutely everything about this newly refurbished building is top class ,, spotlessly clean , brand new everything , communal areas , tv rooms , laundry room , 24 hr help on site if needed (an actual physical person not a number ) a welcome table of goodies the list goes on and on ,,,, however the real asset is the staff I cannot say how unbelievably fantastic they are , super friendly welcoming and beyond helpful , Carrie was just amazing with us she is the most professional helpful person ,, we were so comfortable leaving our daughter and felt very very safe in doing so ! I highly highly recommend booking your student accommodation here it’s phenomenal! No hesitation whatsoever ! - source Google
