The balance will be paid during the guests arrival in cash or credit card (visa and mastercard accepted).
There will be breakage charge deposit of 100.00€ that must be paid during the arrival with euros cash and refunded on the departure after the apartment verification.
No extra people are allowed in the apartment that are not reported on the booking.

Built in the 80's the properties remain with the same architecture with its charming picturesque beautiful facades. Some of the apartments are fully renovated inside for the customers better comfort.

Maintaining its original architecture, the complex has free WI-FI connection, access to three swimming pools, a childrens playground, fitness area, three restaurants, three bars, and a local supermarket, this is a resort that has all you need in order to enjoy a comfortable and easy holiday.
Sunloungers by the pool area will be charged if used - 1.5 € per period and sunbed. The periods are from 9 am to 2 pm and from 2pm to 7pm
There´s no cleaning service during the guest stay. Towels are changed after 3 days in a 5 days stay. Linen and towels are changed after a 7 day stay.

The Old Village & Prestige is located about 20km from the Faro airport, you can get to us by train, bus or transfer. Contact us to book a transfer for your arrival.
If you're driving to meet us at The Old Village & Prestige, when you get to Vilamoura and pass the Petrol pumps Galp, you will find a roundabout with a statue at this roundabout turn left (towards Quarteira), there is another roundabout with a sculpture in iron, turn left to Rua Melvin Jonas, turn at the first left for the U.S. street, then turn right at the second street to street in England, you will find a roundabout with Old Village, turn left at the dead end road.
