The owner of Le Stanze di Caterina will welcome you on the ground floor, where you can also find the kitchen, along with a large wine cellar full of exceptional wines, mostly from Tuscany. In their restaurant “Il Caminetto” you can experience traditional, but creative and never trivial dishes.
During the summer, lunch and dinner will be served outside, under a lovely veranda overlooking the Duomo.
There is a common area where the customers can read books or magazines.

Travel advice:
By car: the B&B is in a limited traffic area and to get here without being fined, we recommend that you contact us to find out about the easier way.
From Santa Maria Novella Central Station: the accommodation is reachable on foot in 10 minutes (direction Duomo).
From Amerigo Vespucci airport: use the shuttle service bus that will take you to the Central Station Santa Maria Novella in approximately 20 minutes or, better, take a taxi.
Please note that tourists visiting the city of Florence will be requested to pay a Tourist Tax of €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. This tax is not included in the price of the room and must be paid directly at reception upon arrival.
