Shepherd’s Bush House is on Uxbridge Road and only a 5-minute walk from Shepherd’s Bush underground station.

Check in / Check out

The Warden will meet you at the residence 3 hours after your scheduled arrival at the airport. Please call or text the Warden at least 1 hour before your arrival to confirm your check in time. You can also contact the warden on the WhatsApp number. The warden will give you your key, show you your room and let you know about the health & safety rules.

Check in between 12pm and 9pm. Check out before 10am.

As this is student only accommodation you will need to bring with you your student ID card to ensure you will be allowed to stay - without this identification you may be turned away. When making a booking, please enter your student ID number in the "Additional Information" section of the booking form.

Prior to your arrival, please notify us of your approximate arrival time and we will arrange for our Warden to meet you at your accommodation. The warden will give you your key, show you your room and let you know about the health & safety rules.
