Our kitchen-diner is the heart of the house and allows all guests to enjoy the social space together. The table comfortably seats five people. The fully equipped kitchen incudes everything to make your stay as easy as possible. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, Tumble dryer, oven, gas hob, full-length fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and more.
W/C
In the hallway of the house there is a W/C with a wash basin. This handy facility means you don’t have to go upstairs to use the bathroom and makes life easier when there is a full house.
Living Room
Our good sized living room boasts a nice three seater sofa alongside two seater sofa to relax in. You can log in to your own Netflix/Amazon Prime account on the TV so you can continue to binge watch your favourite programmes if you desire.

This additional space is a great alternative area for people to spill out into
Outdoor Area
The private garden is a great place to enjoy the sunshine. The area can be accessed through the back doors from the conservatory. There is a bin situated outside where used cigarettes must be placed and it should be noted that there is no smoking inside the house.
First Floor
Bedroom 1 & 2 (Double)
The master bedroom and second bedroom offers a luxurious double sized bed with an two bed side tables and large wardrobe. There is also a hairdryer available.
Bedroom 3 (Single)
The third bedroom has a bunk bed, with an wardrobe.
Family Bathroom & Toilet
The bathroom has a bath, a toilet, a sink, and a shower over the bath. We provide hand soap and body wash as well as towels for each guest.
Parking
There are two off-street parking spaces in front of the house. There is also on-street parking outside the house for any additional vehicles. (Please be considerate of the neighbours)
